HI Anth,

Really pleased to see your face on the 'big screen'. It makes a load of difference hearing, seeing and feeling the words and the message which is always full of insight, common sense, warmth , compassion and right on the button!!!

As you know, I've helped many people change their lives for the bettter and it's great to see you doing just that, in your own insightful and powerful way. Keep on doing it and I know you'll continue to be an inspiration for many others, just as you've been for me in our brief but long lasting friendship.

Hi Anth

I am inspired by the simplistic messages and tips that can be applied in any situation and change people's behaviours. I also share these messages with my work colleagues which I think is very powerful.

Thanks Anth. It's good to see you in person and I have made my first red cross through. Great ideas.
1. no email first thing in the morning,
2. make a list of things to do the night before,
3. set aside time for specific tasks and use a timer to keep track of time, and
4. use a red pen to cross off items as they are accomplished.
Got it.

Hi Anth

Not sure they sell the chickens in NZ but will certainly look out for one. I like the red marker idea but will be using red ticks next to my action items as I need to review back to what Ihave completed with my Manager. I really enjoyed the blog and getting to see you. Your words are more empowering when spoken. Keep up the great work. Really enjoy you daily emails.

Thanks a million, great advice. I use lists and diary entries which I put check marks to on completion but consistency is an issue for me. Red lining I think is a brilliant idea and what more does one need with a cockrel crowing at you for the finish line?...fantastic idea

This video was great--Thank you. And thank you for all the little reminders each day. I've implemented several of your suggestions, some were winners for me.
Have a great day! My little chicken for the internet is a big red apple! It works! Thanks
