Fear, Risk & Danger
Fear can be a good thing because it can keep you alive, but the key to working and playing in potentially dangerous environements is not just a lack of fear, or mindless confidence it is developing the ability to understand and manage the risks assoicated and learning to manage your “fear”.
If you’re looking for total confidence make sure you pack your thermals ;o)

Excellent Anth,
It was a really good example of doing what you do best, enjoying yourself and having something appropriate and insightful to say. You have an uncanny knack of taking problems and issues and putting them into real world contexts which are easy to understand and implement. Look forward to the next video.

Great Anth…when is the next one coming out? I need it sooooon!
I sure know that there is very little that we fear that would actually kill you in physical terms, but there is so much that invokes the fear/fight/flight response at lower brain levels and that can be a most unpleasant sensation.
