Chances are that if you’ve been receiving my emails, reading some of my tips, or even just visited my blog, you know that I’m straight talking and passionate about helping people take control of their life.
So in spirit of honesty, I want to let you know that I just got my butt kicked in London over the weekend for procrastinating, that’s right I was PROCRASTINATING!
We all want to feel special and I believe that everyone has their dreams, their unique gifts and talents that if we were to express them could make for a better world. In fact I see my job as awakening people to possibility in their lives and to helping them uncover and move beyond the limiting boundaries of thought and action they have created.
I hear people everyday telling me that what they would love to do. Many people I see and speak to have carried their dreams around for years but just haven’t got around to taking effective action on them.
Judging by the amount of comments on the last post about getting specific on what you actually fear, this is an important subject to you, so I’ll be adding more future posts addressing some the issues and insights mentioned.
This article introduces a simple way to begin to stop procrastinating and become productive as move out of your comfort zone while managing your level of risk. If it does you might want some help in recognising the time vampires in your life.

You see, we seem to have fallen into the trap of believing that if you want to get your life in order you have to be super organised, set clear goals and work a rigid plan over time to achieve these goals.
Overcoming Procrastination can seem like a never ending battle; would it surprise you to find out that the reason it’s a struggle is that you are focussing on just getting things done! Procrastination is just a label put on putting things off, but it masks a range of blocks that stop you taking action.
• We turn on a switch and we get light.
• We click a switch and we have heat to cook our food.
• We go to the supermarket and the fruit is always in season
• We want fresh water to drink we just have to turn on a tap.
• Friends on the other side of the world are only a call away!
This has brought huge benefits to everyday life and it’s understandable that we want other areas of our lives to be just as easy and quick.

Have you ever noticed how sayings and quotes get bounced around and just seem to become accepted as true?
Today, I want to talk about one of the guiding principles of the personal development, NLP and coaching fields. You’ve probably heard it in many forms and today I’m tired of hearing speakers, trainers and coaches reciting it like it were the word of God.
