Who’s world are you living in?

    October 28th, 2010

Over the last year I’ve been on quite a personal journey of personal development and growth, but while I’ve been away I have continued to receive requests from people who read the daily action tips, people who used to read the blog, or people who enjoyed my old YouTube videos. They have all asked for more of the videos.

So I have decided to empty out the “computer loft”, and share some of my earlier work for you to enjoy.

This first video covers some of the basics of NLP. But despite all of my later learning, I still think that NLP serves as a useful introduction to some ideas that can help liberate you from old thinking. Ideas that can help you see how to take the first steps to getting back in control of your life.

It’s interesting stuff, but understanding it talking about it isn’t enough. You have to actually apply it.

What you apply it too will depend on how “awake” you are.

Remember the biggest breakthroughs in personal development and the emergence of real choice comes from recognising your deepest habitual filters and choosing how you will respond.

Not just using NLP, or whatever, to do what you do habitually better.

    Here’s the first video.

    Hope you enjoy it,

    Anth.

    February 16th, 2009

    What if…?

I want you to STOP for a moment and think about two little words

    “What if?”

What comes up for you when you relax for a few moments and just say these words to yourself?

    What if?

Whatever your answer is it’s just perfect and it’s important… Read the rest of this entry »

Are you too good to risk taking action on this?

    July 17th, 2008

We all want to feel special and I believe that everyone has their dreams, their unique gifts and talents that if we were to express them could make for a better world. In fact I see my job as awakening people to possibility in their lives and to helping them uncover and move beyond the limiting boundaries of thought and action they have created.

I hear people everyday telling me that what they would love to do. Many people I see and speak to have carried their dreams around for years but just haven’t got around to taking effective action on them.

    What could be going on?

Ok so you put things off and you’d love to be organised but if that’s always been a struggle then you’ll be interested in the rest of this article.

You see, we seem to have fallen into the trap of believing that if you want to get your life in order you have to be super organised, set clear goals and work a rigid plan over time to achieve these goals.
