Over the last year I’ve been on quite a personal journey of personal development and growth, but while I’ve been away I have continued to receive requests from people who read the daily action tips, people who used to read the blog, or people who enjoyed my old YouTube videos. They have all asked for more of the videos.
So I have decided to empty out the “computer loft”, and share some of my earlier work for you to enjoy.
This first video covers some of the basics of NLP. But despite all of my later learning, I still think that NLP serves as a useful introduction to some ideas that can help liberate you from old thinking. Ideas that can help you see how to take the first steps to getting back in control of your life.
It’s interesting stuff, but understanding it talking about it isn’t enough. You have to actually apply it.
What you apply it too will depend on how “awake” you are.
Remember the biggest breakthroughs in personal development and the emergence of real choice comes from recognising your deepest habitual filters and choosing how you will respond.
Not just using NLP, or whatever, to do what you do habitually better.

So in spirit of honesty, I want to let you know that I just got my butt kicked in London over the weekend for procrastinating, that’s right I was PROCRASTINATING!
We all want to feel special and I believe that everyone has their dreams, their unique gifts and talents that if we were to express them could make for a better world.
