Special Announcement: What is the Alliance Code?

I’ve been receiving a lot of email from people who are curious about my Alliance Code ™ project and how the videos I’ve been releasing fit in.

Well the videos come from my practice in presenting concepts for the new project The Alliance Code ™ and today I’m taking the next step and introducing the next step on this journey, the formation of an advanced party of Pathfinders™ to step up and use the concepts to build new momentum in their lives.

If you’re someone who wants to take more control of your life, then I suspect you’ll enjoy what’s coming up, so it’s worth taking a few minutes to read and consider the implications on how you live your life.

The Alliance Code ™ began life as I began to see differences in the patterns of behaviour between people who got them stuck and people who seemed to enjoy more success and happiness.

    And guess what…

…as I looked into this and asked more questions, I became convinced that there IS a code to success – and before we go any further it’s not the “Law of Attraction” this code is not magical, mystical or shrouded in veils. In fact this “secret” code is hidden in plain view. If I were to tell you what it was – I’m almost certain, you’d say “well of course!”

But before we get into that,

Let me be honest, at first I tried to deny the clear messages that were coming back, I was well indoctrinated into the “Personal Development” movement and I couldn’t believe that all of these gurus could be underplaying such a crucial piece of the puzzle of taking control of your life.

As the truth dawned on me I admit to being scared, but the more I looked into this, and listened to what people were telling me the more I began to accept the truth, but I was still scared to speak out.

Have you ever wondered what makes successful people do so well?

Take a look around you and ask what the key thing that all successful people do is?

What you’ll discover is that they all mix with successful people!

    The paradox is…

…that while the first step to a happy successful life is accepting personal responsibility; your life is in many ways defined by the company you choose to keep.

    Controversial?

Perhaps, but here’s one way to think about it, you make up your internal map of the world from the stimulus and unconscious messages from your environment. Whether you realise it or not you have unconsciously accepted “truths” about the world, who you are and what you are capable of from those with whom you share your life.

Change your references and you begin to change your map and your world.

Learning to get the best from yourself, while using the principle of association to build confidence, see new opportunities and ease your path is in a nutshell the Alliance Code ™

When I began to look back through my life, all of the major breakthroughs came as a result of bringing new people into my life. It became increasingly apparent that left to my own devices, I’d keep doing what I was doing and getting the same results.

    How about you?

If you keep up your old patterns do you honestly believe that you won’t just get more of the same? Are you someone who is prepared to step up and try something new?

Are you a potential Pathfinder ™?

For some reason we seem to value individual achievement, how many times have you heard someone say “I did it all myself”

Make no mistake; this attitude will keep you stuck for years

Just check out anybody who has achieved long lasting success – How many do you hear saying they did it all themselves?

    Not many!

So why do so many people value their individual achievement? Maybe it’s because we all know deep down it’s harder to succeed on your own!

Well, I’m not scared of hard work but making it harder than it needs to be by working on your own is not only less successful, it’s more lonely and less fun!

Less success, lonelier, less fun – There has to be another way!

I used to be pretty shy and thought I preferred to work in isolation, but when I overcame my reluctance/fear and joined new groups or asked others for help, growth just became so much easier and more fun.

Here are a couple of examples…

When I first began cycling I trained for months and gradually built up to distances of 30- 40 miles always staying in the safe local lanes around my home town in case anything went wrong. I was really pleased with how far I could cover and thought I was at my limit. Then one day I bit the bullet and decide to go out with a local cycling club. That first Saturday we did over 80 miles on slim dark ribbon roads over wild moorland miles from anywhere! I loved it! I would never have dreamed I was capable of that and there it was, I’d not only done it, but I’d found it reasonably easy! The combination of joining a crowd with a higher expectation of normality, their companionship and support on the ride took me so far out of my comfort zone I never looked back.

The same happened when I joined my latest mentoring group – I’d been plodding along slowly stretching my comfort zone and having a reasonable time despite feeling a bit isolated. This all changed when I joined a group who supported and challenged me to make the bigger difference in the world I’d been talking about – suddenly the glass ceiling was removed again, and I was running to play catch up.

    How about your own life?

Take a look back at your own life, and ask yourself how have the people you’ve mixed with held you back, or helped you see new potential and raise your game?

How are other people’s perceptions, expectations and labels of you affecting your life?

It’s time to take some action…

Recognising the power of stepping up and joining new groups of people, I’ve decided to take another step way out of my comfort zone and my challenge is to broaden the impact of my work using as much of the latest internet technology as possible and helping you to break out of your old habits of thought and action to build new momentum in your life!

    Bottom line is…

…I want to give you the opportunity to make a genuine long lasting difference in your life by not only working with me but sharing the journey with 11 other Pathfinders™

The Pathfinders™ will be a group of adventurers learning and growing together, dedicated to each others success and leading the way for others to follow. We’ll be utilising the power of internet technology and collective focus to blow those old boundaries and create new momentum in your life.

I’m afraid I’ll have to keep the numbers down because I’ll be an integral part of this group and will be sharing and stretching right alongside you!

While corporate clients pay over a £1000 a day to work with me on communication and change I am keeping the cost down on this to make it easy for those who are ready and willing to step up and join the new Pathfinders™ inner circle, to do just that!

If you’ve had enough of struggling to take control of their life on you own and think you might want to get involved in Pathfinders ™ program then you will soon get your chance.

I’ll be releasing more details of this program over the next few days.

…until then maybe you can reflect on the power of the people you choose to mix with and consider the benefits of belonging to a group dedicated to helping you to break out of your old habits and not only see the opportunities around you, but to begin to consistently grab them.

But as ever you know I like to reward action so if you’d like a no obligation 24hrs advance notification of the “doors opening” on the program just pop in your details below and I’ll put you on “Action Takers” list.

After entering your details, you’ll be returned back to this page so you can add any comments you wish.

Yes, other peoples expectations or lack thereof can have very powerful effects. For one thing you can share energy…that can carry you a long way or conversly the old “crabs in a bucket” syndrome from a group can pull you way down.

Hi Anth! I want to write a book for women-about life lessons. This will help the women to be caucious and alert. In return, some of them will not get trapped , and if they do, they will have some sense to come out of the inferno. I want the book to be published in major languages from India.

I want to be annonymous. I do not know how to go by this, whom I can trust, who will help me genuinely etc; etc. I know there are some companies out there, but..! Could you show me the way, the right way?

I will need help to use right words, to form powerful sentences. I do not want to change the stories. I am not looking for profit. And I am a senior citizen. Do you think I am a right candidate to join your group? Jm

      Sounds like a winner Anth.
To Mita Jagdale, we could help each other ..as an aspiring writer I love a good story, I also know what good copy looks like. There are always people who can help you. It’s mostly a matter of knowing where to look.
Maybe this will be a resource .

I’m an inmigrant to America, I have done a lot of changes in my personal and professional life, but I know there still a long way to go.
Bad habits I need to conquer and good ones to form.
I strongly believe in support system, and honestly, I did not know where to find it.
I hope I can work with this Pathfinders Circle.

      Hi Anth:

I totally agree with you. In my personal experience, it is vital to mix with right people in order to achieve one’s dream. Unmotivated people will eventually drag you down, no matter how one think is resistance. I thought I am immune to this! Unfortunately, I missed some years for this mistake. But I am going all for it now to get back my dream from where I left it. I would love to join Pathfinders Circle.
Tnank you for your great daily motivation.

    7. HMJS Says:

I agree that having the right people around can have a profound effect on you including your attitude. However, my biggest growth period started with just me making one phone call. That one phone call turned my life around and noone else could make it but me and that came from an inner frustration that I felt stuck. While others may help propel you it does require action from yourself whom you need to learn to trust, love, and support.

though I think the Pathfinders Circle is a great idea as sometimes our mindset needs to be challenged to break free and it feels good to know you have people watching your back.

    8. Teresa Says:

Sounds interesting and I can identify with much of what you have said. Thank you

    9. Pamela Donkin Says:

Dear Anthony, I’m inclined to agree with you, as for so long I have done everytihing on my own, including studying for a degree via distance learning on a part-time basis, whilst working during the day, as I have never been in a financial posiiton to do this the normal way.

I have also tried socialising with associates, colleagues etc who are higher up the hierarchy than myself, but I always appeared to be ‘threat’ to them, as I have achieved a lot academically. Unfortunately I have not been financially rewarded for this hard labour, the sole purpose of increasing my academic mind.

So yes, learning the code to success at my age [59] will prove to most beneficial.

Thank you for all your tips.

      Pam

    10. Michelle Says:

FUN!!! and a Great opportunity to meet, greet and collaborate! Count me IN!! Love it!

    11. Lance Says:

      Hi Anth.

I have enjoyed reading your motivational concepts and ideas. They are, to all intents and purposes, very sound. Please keep them up as I am sure there are many “out there” who gain much from them.

One thing I would ask, though. You debunk the ‘Law of Attraction’ fraternity, yet what you deliver is simply another version of that particular law.

In my own experience, I find the law of attraction is of little use if it is not understood that it is simply a facet of a much greater law, that of Affinity - like attracting like (in all avenues of endeavour or life, not simply gaining, but also losing and also keeping the status quo).

Like your blog says here, this law is not hidden, nor has it ever been, yet spans many an age. It simply requires people to actually open their eyes to it, for it is all around. It is in this arena that I have found your words, advice and stories most enlightening.

On my own behalf, thank you for all the work you are putting in to elevate us as we merrily traverse our individual life paths.
