Alliance Code PathFinders so what exactly is it?
On Thursday I promised you further details of the new Alliance Code Pathfinders ™ project, if you haven’t signed up for advance notification you can do so at the end of this entry.
In this entry I’m going to give you the details of this 8 week project, but before I do I want to make an admission! This project is experimental, I am stepping way out of my comfort zone and despite the fact the material is well proven this approach is as far as I know totally unique.
As I’ve mentioned before nobody who is truly successful does it on their own, just check out the acknowledgements in any book on your shelf.
So what’s different about the Pathfinders™ project, well not only will you be working with other people from across the world to learn and integrate the material using web technology that has only recently become available but I’ve decided to put myself on the line too! I’ll be your guide in learning and apply the principles but I’ll be applying them, stretching myself, sharing both my successes and learning right alongside you.
We’ll work together to learn the material and begin to apply it, then we’ll work together to move on to build alliances and support structures in each of our daily lives.
My aim for this program is to help you give you the knowledge, skills and structures to break clean out of your old habitual patterns and land you safely in a new world of opportunity and support at the beginning of an exciting new chapter of your life.
I told you I was going to keep the cost right down for the right 12 people and for those of you who like me don’t like to scroll down long webpages only to find the price hidden, you can relax here it is.
It’s going to be £197 if you sign up from the advance notification list and £297 if you sign up from the regular sign up page - reason for the difference? As I said this project is going to be for action takers and I like to reward taking action :o).
So, what will we be covering?
We’ll be covering broad areas!
1. You
For all we are working on utilising the power of the Alliance Code ™ like all journeys of self improvement it has to begin on the inside, some of the things we’ll be getting to looking at include:
a. How you are Creating Your World
i. Understand how you are creating your world and how to take control.
ii. Understand the strengths and limits of your own models
iii. How to enrich your maps on your own and by working with others
b. Values/Beliefs
i. Why are they important?
ii. What are they and where do they come from?
iii. How to use them to make change easy and long lasting
iv. What if they are not supporting you and what to do about it!
c. Motivation and Working Preference Filters
i. Why do you personally get motivated
ii. What actually motivates you at an unconscious level
iii. How to recognise these filters in yourself and others and use them to motivate and change minds
d. Your Strengths/Weakness
i. We are all naturally good at some things and by working to your strengths you can be outstanding especially when aligned with your passions and the problems you are drawn to solve.
e. Time
i. Why is understanding Time important
ii. What is your personal time coding
iii. How to develop your flexibility in coding time to support you
iv. Extending your Event Horizon
2. Your Personal Roadmap To Your Outcomes
By this point you’ll understand yourself and your motivations but understanding is not enough, in this section we’ll be working together to develop some very clear outcomes that are aligned with what is really important to you, how they’ll fit into the rest of your life along with identifying and planning for potential gaps in your skills and knowledge.
a. Setting Well Formed Goals
b. Why do you need to have a plan
c. What makes a good plan,
d. Why most people’s plans don’t work!
e. Planning backwards from desired outcomes
f. How to plan when you have no idea how to reach your outcomes
g. What if you don’t like planning?
h. Identify key blocks and gaps in plans
i. Where are the key leverage points and blocks?
3. Structures to Support Execution of your plan in the real world
OK, so you’ve got clear outcomes, a flexible plan to get you there but in order to move from where you are now you’re going to need to stay focussed and take consistent action.
This is where the rubber really meets the road…almost everyone I know who isn’t getting the results that want in life falls down at this point because they haven’t put the foundations under their dreams.
By the time we get to this point you will have rock solid foundation and this means that not only can you begin to take focused action based on how your mind works but you will also be building external support and guides to keep you on the rails.
In many ways this is where the real life fun begins…
a. Why is it important to put in structures?
b. What structures are important?
c. The hidden drivers of behaviours
d. Feedback
e. The biggest mistakes people make when working to change behaviour and what to do about it!
f. Going beyond your map.
g. Sabotage both Internal and External and how to avoid it!
h. Capturing blocks “real time”
i. Developing a Support Team
i. Who do you need on your team
ii. Identifying and working with others to utilise power of collective focus
iii. How to approach people and ask for help
iv. Overcoming fear of asking for help
How Will We Be Doing This?
Each unit is going to be covered with:
There are two key factors to this program
1. Information
a. All information will be created and available as a mixture of audio and video presentations combined with back up worksheets etc.
b. Web based Videos and associated audio.
c. Audio downloads so you can relisten again and again to deepen learning.
d. Worksheets to deepen learning and link to your life.
2. Association and Interaction
a. Live Group Tutoring in the form Regular Pathfinders Virtual Meetings where you can share you wins blocks and questions (These will be recorded for later download so you can relax and not take too many notes).
b. Experimental Live Web T.V. Broadcasts to Pathfinders
c. Pathfinders™ Virtual Meeting Room, This will be your central resource for:
a. Downloading Videos, audio, worksheets
b. Asking questions
c. Discussing the modules
d. Sharing aspirations, success and blocks
d. Peer Group Coaching! The real key to making this whole program work is going to be the work we do together, we may never meet in person but for set of exercises you will be working with other Pathfinders in Coaching Triads/Pairs.
So as you can see it’s going to be an exciting and pretty unique experience,
Bye for now,
Anth.

I really appreciate your input into my journey to self actualization. I did sign up for the advance notification but I am unable to take up the offer because of financial constraints.
Thanks and I wish you great success with fellow pathfinders.

Dear Anth
As much as I would love to be in the front of your queue, finances at this time are well below par, so unfortunately I will have to bow out at this point in time.
this is not a “cop-out” I am being sincere, would really and truly love to be part of your exciting journey, but I am really economically deprived.
All the very best.
Regards and best wishes
Pamela

I am in a similar position to Pam but have not yet ruled it out, I am in a vicious circle as this group sounds like it would change my fortunes faster than I can do on my own, but anyway, we’ll see! Thank you, Teresa

Dear Anth
You are so good at what you do. I look forward to your emails and you have no idea how much you have helped me to understand myself and to help me look in to the topics which you have mentioned in your new venture.
Like the others, it’s a bad time financially for me, but I will not hesitate to be part of the group some time in the near future, so don’t rule me out just yet.
Thank you
Anne

You know, I have always wondered how I got on your list as I haven’t worked for about 6 years, having had health problems and accompanying expenses. Sounds like a great project, but I cannot afford it. All is going into new business venture. . . for now!
I wish you great success,
Sandra

I’d love too, I read your mails everyday, I am inspired, my biggest problem is I can’t afford to do it, unemployed going through a transition period in my life.. if you’re offering a Freeroll I will sign up…
See I’ve done it, I asked, I didn’t procrastinate, got over the hurdle and asked the question…
don’t ask… don’t get !!

Hi Anth,
This is my first post ever. What I’ve learned from your
insights on motivation has helped me to take increased
action.
I can sense your dedication to helping others and it
inspires me to stretch my comfort zone and ‘give back’.
.
I hope that I’m fortunate enough to join the Alliance Code
Path Finders group.I’ve struggled with underachieving
and procrastination most of my life.ACP seems like just
what I’ve been searching for.
Whether or not it’s truly meant for me will depend on two
things: 1-If I am chosen; and 2-when it starts. At present,
I can raise the cost. But, I’m in the situation of the man
who, because he was too poor to buy coal, had to take
the wooden planks from the sides of his house and burn
them, in his stove, for heat in the winter time.He prayed
for a short winter lest he become homeless:o).
Here’s hoping we’re in rhythm
Thanks,
Rellie.

Anth, look forward to your coaching tips daily, and have already applied some, and am working on others. Cannot commit financially at this time, and it seems like alot of your other advocates are in a similar position. If you ever want/need to put together a fee-less project, I will definitely commit.
My best to you on this journey - I hope it brings the rewards and success you want.

Hi Anth,
Your daily tips are great, I thought the vidio presentation about goals was fantastic. Especially the concept that a goal should be near and not to far otherwise it can become a dream instead. I feel I have been dreaming too long. Goal setting is very important.
I am starting to feel renewed because of you.
We all have different problems, precrastination and depression have been mine. Currently I am going ok.
The pathfinders idea seems great but I am worried about the time it may take up.
I think you are great, You deserve a fee. I would like to pay something and I feel a voluntary fee is a great idea because I want your whole thing to continue.
Some people will not be able to pay. But I would like to pay something.
Please carry on the great work.
