    Do you feel guilty about this?

    Having fun should be fun, don’t you agree?

    So why do so many people feel guilty taking some time off to have some fun?

    Yesterday I logged a post on Facebook, through Twitter saying I was finishing touches to my thoughts for my outcomes session @ NLP Northallerton group last night.

    One of my Facebook friends joked that the fact that you are on Facebook is a form of procrastination.

    This really got me thinking…

    Is socialising and keeping up with friends on line just a new form of procrastination or could be a great way to be more productive?

    Are you a worm or a bird?

    Are you someone who dreams big? Or are you too busy just getting by?

    People who get stuck procastinating often don’t realise it’s only because they are acting like a bird or a worm.

    Want to know how this could be holding you back?

    When it comes to where people choose to pay their attention it seems some of us prefer to be busy, busy busy always taking some form of action while others tend to think in grand visions, goals and dreams that they will achieve “one day”.

    But how specifically is this a problem and what to do about it?

    Would you be surprised to hear that one of the most empowering things you can do to take control of your life is to admit that you have almost no control?

    Now this might sound strange coming from someone who is dedicating his time to helping you to take more control and empower yourself to overcome those bad habits and create a life you love.

    Are you disciplined enough?

    It’s happened again, the New Year’s begun and the gyms are bursting with people who have decided to get fit and or lose weight.

    People were queuing to get into our local gym yesterday evening and when I mentioned this to the physiotherapist this morning he said; well everyone knows that by the end of February it’ll be quite again.

    It seems that the moments such as the coming of a new year, significant birthdays, the end of relationships etc. when we “wake up” to the passing of time in our lives many people decide they want to take action on turning their lives around. Read the rest of this entry »
